The fourth annual Trucker’s Toy Drive will begin with registration at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at National Truck Stop, 16320 Stern Drive in Vado, New Mexico. The annual parade begins promptly at 10 a.m.

All semis – “cabs, no trailers” – are welcome to participate in the parade, which will begin in Vado and end at Border International 2701 W. Amador Ave. in Las Cruces. The parade route will be down Lohman Avenue through Las Cruces before reaching Border International.

Participants should bring a new, unwrapped toy to enter.

The event will include door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, food and a visit from Santa Claus.

There is a toy drop at Border Brew, located inside Border International in Las Cruces through Nov. 30.

All toys collected in the drive and from the toy drop will be donated to local children’s organizations.

The toy drive is sponsored by Garces and Son Trucking.
