27th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival at the Fountain Theatre

Over 100,000 film lovers in over 500 cities across six continents will gather to view and vote on ten films submitted by filmmakers, screenwriters, and musicians, the winners of which will go on to be considered for Academy Awards in 2025.

American Southwest Theatre Company presents Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors

American Southwest Theatre Company presents a campy new twist on the classic Bram Stoker novel that critics declared „over-the-top and bloody hilarious,“ in the form of fast-paced satrical slapstick full of gender-bending, quick changing, clever word play, and pop culture references a la Mel Brooks.

Creative Writing Workshop to Combat Banned Books and Writings

Writer and Poet Laureate of Silver City and Grant County, Heather Frankland will be doing a special creative writing workshop for Banned Book Week as part of The Write Stuff Writing Workshop Program, sponsored by Southwest Word Fiesta.

Queers of the Underground Book Signing

Marcy Angeles, disabled Nednhi Apache two-spirit artist, musician and journalist will have a book signing for her first book “Queers of the Underground,” which discusses queer/trans rave history, presence, contributions and struggles from the Indigenous trans perspective.

Agave Arts 5th Anniversary Celebration
