Bulletin reporter Mike Cook was at Paisano Café’s (next door to the Bulletin at 1740 Calle de Mercado) first dine-in customer at lunch today since the public health closure of all restaurants in March. The restaurant was spotless, everyone was wearing masks, the service and the meal were outstanding. It was like reconnecting with a very dear and very dearly missed friend.
