The Las Cruces Home Builders Association (LCHBA) has 16 beautiful new homes in the lineup for its spring 2022 Showcase of Homes, which will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 13-15 and 20-22.
The showcase is 4-7 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Saturdays and noon-5 p.m. Sundays.
“I hope everyone enjoys seeing the 16 beautiful showcase homes,” said LCHBA Executive Officer Nicole Black. “It is crazy times right now with the supply chain issue, and our showcase builders are pushing through it and have worked really hard to get their homes ready for this year’s event, so please, when you see them, thank them for all their hard work. Make sure you look for the showcase signs and flags for our builders who entered the showcase and supported their local association. The housing market is a wild one, so if you’re looking at buying here in Las Cruces, this is the weekend to do so!”
The showcase gives LCHBA members an opportunity to show off their craftmanship and promote future home sales. It also allows suppliers to present their products and services in actual new-home settings throughout the Las Cruces area.
