Las Cruces Home Builders Association - On November 4, 2020, an executive decision was made by LCHBA Executive Officer, Nicole Black, Showcase of Homes Chair, Justin Chavez, and President Anna Rivera. While this being another exceedingly difficult decision for our association, the health and safety of our builders, realtors, staff, and our community are our top priority.
The 2020 Showcase of Homes was originally scheduled Spring of 2020 and due to NM Governors orders postponed until November 6-8th and November 13-15th. With numbers rising and concerns high, we feel it is our duty to ensure everyone's safety at a time like this.
The LCHBA will be closely following our Governors orders and our state guidelines as we get closer to 2021 and hope to be able to hold the 2021 Spring Showcase of Homes.
Select builders will still have their homes open as usual. Please follow the Showcase Las Cruces Facebook page to see which builders will be open. It will be updated as information becomes available. You can also visit the
