Leadership class visits police, fire facility as Chamber-sponsored event resumes

Las Cruces Fire Department Battalion Chief Vicente Zamora, joined by Lt. Dominic Soucy, told nearly 30 members of the 2020 class of Leadership Las Cruces (LLC) all about the training facility shared by the Las Cruces fire and police departments during a visit to the 10-acre facility Aug. 13. The 2020 program, which began in September 2019, was interrupted by the pandemic last spring, but returned for its final four monthly sessions in August. LLC is a professional development program sponsored by the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce.
