Regarding the shopping cart issue (“City to host meeting on controversial shopping cart ordinance,” Sept. 6): Rather than a homeless person helping themselves to a business product, let’s set up a fund to enable that homeless person to purchase a cart that is readily available, one like parents use for the kids – like the one at Walmart for about $70. It is collapsible, therefore transportable should that person need to move on. I'd be happy to make a
donation, as I am sure others would too and make everyone happy. Please!
