The Association was established to provide ambitious female professionals & entrepreneurs a place to develop, connect & support one another through meaningful relationships & expert business-development instruction.
“We saw a gap in the area of professional development for women in Las Cruces. We are or have been members of many great organizations, groups, and boards in our community but there was nothing that focused on women and helping them achieve their desired level of success,” said Sumer Rose-Nolen and Marci Dickerson, the co-founders of The Association.
"We want to bring valuable content that is specifically tailored to women in business in our community. There are strategies, experiences, and knowledge that are specific to our advancement. We believe we can achieve more together. Gone are the days of ‘women hating other women,’ we present an arena of positivity, honesty and know that we all can do more by lifting each other up. And the network of business, sales, and friendship that has occurred among our members is very exciting as well,” said Rose-Nolen
