The Last Call event of the Veteran Arts Showcase is happening 5-7 p.m. Friday, June 28 at Otero Artspace, 12th Street and Indiana Avenue in Alamogordo. Erik Chase will present a mniature models demo along with readings by local authors Dan Rochio, Ron Peeler and Rochelle Williams .
The event is followed by a community drum circle led by Sharon Weaver, 7-8 p.m. All ages/affiliations are invited to play. No experience necessary. Bring a drum or use one at the facility.
The Veteran Arts Showcase will still be up through, 1-4 p.m., Saturday.
