The southbound lane of Rinconada Boulevard, between Roma Drive and Bataan Memorial West, will be closed for 15 working days starting Thursday, Dec. 14. Per the city, Smith and Aguirre Construction will be installing an access lane to a new development. Work hours run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, with no construction work planned for evenings. The lane closure will not affect RoadRUNNER Transit.
