The city of Las Cruces announced changes Wednesday to RoadRUNNER Transit’s Route 1 bus route owing to reconstruction of U.S. Highway 70 along N. Main Street between Solano and Elks drives. This work is expected to last through October.
Bus stops on N. Main Street between Madrid Avenue and Elks Drive will remain closed while reconstruction continues.
Also, some bus stops and time points along Route 1 have changed due to the construction.
