Shoulder work at the intersection of south Telshor Boulevard and east Lohman Avenue, affecting southbound traffic on Telshor, will occur Tuesday, Oct. 3, as Kelly Cable installs underground infrastructure for Conterra Networks.
The shoulder work will not affect any RoadRUNNER Transit routes.
