A portion of University Avenue is expected to be closed to traffic Monday-Friday, Nov. 6-10, while construction crews with JGF Built complete underground utility work. The closure will impact bus routes and parents transporting students to Zia Middle School, 1300 W. University Ave.
The closure will be along University Avenue between Old Farm Road and McDowell Place. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and seek alternate routes, such as Bowman to Conway and Conway to McDowell, or Bowman to Capri Road and Capri Road to McDowell.
